What we process and why
- Contact form and e-mail: name, e-mail address, subject and message content, for the purpose of handling your enquiry or cooperation request. The legal basis is the association’s legitimate interest in communicating with enquirers.
- We do not actively collect any other personal data.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the matter and no longer than 12 months, unless longer retention is required for ongoing cooperation or by law.
Recipients
Data is processed by the association; it is technically stored with our hosting provider (WEDOS Internet, a.s., Czech Republic). We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes or transfer it outside the EU/EEA.
